player ban request

I was recently playing on the map holiday resort when a player titled Ben_bifi041 started to fly. Not very high, but i couldn't hit him and he killed me with a stone axe. My computer never does this around anyone else and I request that he should be given proper consequences.

That sounds like it was a lag-related glitch where a player appears to be hacking. I've had it before myself, it's not hacks.
