Too much Survival Game maps.

Good maps like Breeze Island or Survival Games 4 aren't played very often

I kinda would like a few maps to be cut. While variety is good, so is a little consistency. Sometimes I like to play maps that I never get to see because they are buried under the sheer amount of maps.

Personally. I like all the new map choices. When I came to MCSG in November the only maps chosen were breeze and sg4. I grew accustomed to these maps and when other maps got voted I wondered around like a noob because I had no chest routes for them. Now I know pretty much all the maps.

Freeze Island and Demons Breeze will most likely not be removed. You complain about the lag on demons Breeze, the solution is to turn off your minecraft sound. While the ice fights may be annoying, Freeze Island is well built and still has fun gameplay.
And finally, you complained about not having chest routes for some maps. In my opinion forming chest routes and playing maps right after they get released is a fun challenge. Nobody knows the map so it evens the playing field. Also if you if you find you need to develop chest routes. Go to the "Map Downloads and Discussions" part of the forums. Go to finished maps, then go to one of the current MCSG maps and download it to a single player world. You can explore the map without worrying about being killed. Hope this helped.

Personally since it got released wrens wake hasn't got voted on ANY games I've played. I haven't even gone onto a live game and seen it being played

I like the map, though the terraforming feels sooooooooooooo boring. It almost looks vanilla Minecraft.

Hey guys,
Since MCSGv2 a lot of Survival Game maps came out. What do you think about it?

Personally I do not really like it because :

- If you play a map so unusually you don't need or can't find a good chest route.

You'll get used to it, go and spectate one game, create a chestroute, and then youll find more chests on it while playing! [ IMPORTANT!: you have to know where you went, after the middle ]

That may be true, but now there are other good maps like Holiday Resort [ @Simey_ in my opinion you build a really nice map ] , Valleyside University or Demon's Breeze ( maybe not the best example because u dont like it )

My opinion to your point about Demon's Breeze:
Don't remove it, it's awsome ( my favorite map at the moment ), and i also dont have the best pc, but if you play with tiny/short , sounds off and graphic settings on fast, i got aroun 43 fps on it ( also use optifine ), and i think thats enough. Try it out it may help you too.

I hope I'm not the only one who thinks so xD

The only good part of MCSGv2 was that they stopped breeze and sg4 being played 100% of the time. And it's STILL overplayed. Soloution to this? Randomized maps. It's that simple , but since the developers put allot of work into the map voting system I HIGHLY doubt they will change anything.

They would never stop adding maps as it is the community who make them and they want to be more involved with the community as the best they can and more maps gives us more choice to play.
