Ghosting and getting brought back when walk any staff or members can help?

I have a computer with a gtx 670 graphics card and i usaully get 60 fps i keep it on lock on 30 fps. this problem happened a few days ago. When i join in lobbies and when i start games, when i walk i get pullled back. i ghost like crazy and i have to keep on doing /ghostfix. So i decided to let my fps fluctuate normally and not keep it lock. I put my settings to the lowest i can and it seems still not to work! My connection runs perfectly. Can someone help me please! I do not lag at all its just that problem.

Not too sure about the ghosting but you're probably being brought back because your character is holding block. Simply switch to anything besides a sword and continue to walk for awhile then switch back. If that is not it, NCP is bringing you back as possibly you were hit which sent you flying or you were running too fast so it pulled you back as it thought you were speed hacking.

Then I am guessing it's NCP pulling you back, and when do you get pulled back in the lobby?

whats NCP and it happens as soon as i get in the lobby.

NCP is a plugin that prevents many hacks from being on our servers and I am not too sure as this has never happened to me :/

The only mod i have active is optifine which is allowed in these servers.

I never accused you of hacks xD , I'm just saying what NCP is. NCP affects many players including myself as when you do things that looks like hacking such as getting knocked in the air which sends you flying it pulls you back.

No as the fix I stated earlier fixes that problem for me so I am not too sure how to fix it for you.
