The most necessarry Moment?

We all have been noob once here (at least the most) and we got the most at PvP Skills here I guess...
But I realized there was something which transformed me from Noob to a decent Player...
First I couldnt get more than 500 points (which wasnt even THAT bad in Beta...) but suddenly I killed two persons of the /top and I got to 1.5k points after 2 days (damn this sounds so nooby because 1.5k arent much at all but back then you were like the only one in a lobby with more than 1k points)
And since then I got better and better in PvP ^^

Did you have Moments like this or am I the only one?

Well if this thread were to continue, I might as well clarify to some new users...

You received MUCH less points for killing people back then, nowadays you can earn 20 points off of one kill, back in the old days it would take about 3 rounds to get 20 points (unless you were in the top 100, and won like a boss).

I was such a noob back in V1, because I knew just about nothing at PVP. I would just swing my sword around aimlessly, and i didn't even know about sprinting xD.

Then, I started playing PVP styles like mcctf, which boosted my skills.

You received MUCH less points for killing people back then, nowadays you can earn 20 points off of one kill, back in the old days it would take about 3 rounds to get 20 points (unless you were in the top 100, and won like a boss).

But you lost less so I gained points more quickly if that's even how you're supposed use the grammar

Well, when I started off I only played with my friends. We would camp at the house on sg1 and at the top of the water storage thing on sg2. We were very nooby yes, but it was some of the only safe places to hide from hackers. It was also fun because we had 3-4 man teams so they would have to find us eventually . Anyways after I was able to beat all of my friends is when I feel like I went from nooby to decent. After that I could actually kill other people.

Well, I started playing MCSG in June, thanks to kaiomann for telling me about, first we played on US, then his PC broke and he got a new, now we could play on EU [His old couldn't connect to EU] and then we started getting better, we both had like 500 points and 20 wins on US.
We both got 1000 bounty and many wins pretty quick, I had 1000 points and 3 wins after like 4 days playing on EU, not bad, we thought, then we got better and better and better and better and now I got 430 wins and kaiomann 280.
Oww, swifed of the topic, the 2 most necessarry moments were killing SixZoSeven on US and NLFarmer on EU who gave me my 1000th bounty.
And now MCSG is getting back the glory days.

Well it was before MCSG, i could say i transformed from noob, to decent in my first faction pvp server, where i joined Netherians for the first time, but my skills improved over time, since i spent over 1 year on that one server, maybe over 2 im not sure, but when i left that server, and joined another one where i spent around 3-5 months i realised how good i actually am, killing people 3v1 and shtuff, so i came across this and it made me even better.
