I know auto sprint isn´t allowed and therefore staff needs to ban whoever is using it. But thing is, it is hard to recognize a better sprint mod user since you can perform actions that are similair to the actions you can make when you're using better sprint when you're not using bettre sprint mod at all. When you pvp in minecraft, you press ww twice evry time you or your opponent get's knocked away by a hit, if that works it looks identical to better sprint. I know a few others who have been banned or kicked for using better sprint mod, while they weren't actually using it.
My point is, people will never be sure whether somebody is using the mod or not, so you'll never have the right in banning somebody for using auto-sprint because the chance is just too big you'll ban somebody who isn't using the mod.
Tell me if, I'm incorrect.

Better Sprint Mod is indeed much harder to recognize than other forms of sprint hacks, but it is still very apparent when it is being used. Additionally, whenever banning someone for Better Sprint Mod, the evidence is shown to a large selection of mods to ensure that all bans are as fair as possible. So, the vast majority of BSM bans will be perfectly fair, even if a few are not.

Yes, mods cannot put bans through the system without evidence. While the mods is rather hard to find all of us mods have an eye to recognize it, and in the case we're not sure if the player is hacking or not we show our evidence to our fellow moderators. All bans are strongly based on evidence and are 100% verified.

I might be incorrect, but one way you can tell if someone is sprint hacking is if you see sprint particles while they are in a chest.

That is Sprint Toggle, where sprint is always on, even if the person isn't moving. BSM is just when the button is pressed.

But you would have to hold the movement key all the time then. And it wouldn't work while in a chest.
No you won't, with BSM, you can press a button and that makes it that you only have to press W once to sprint, or hold W, you can press that button again to disable that.
I have friends who play on certain other servers that allow the usage of BSM, so I would know ;)
