Freeze is just kinda irritating from the ice (@krackan is fixing that!), I like Demon though.

I actually like Demon's Breeze (I think that is what it's called). I don't lag because I stay on the main island, away from the edges. Also, it has a nice, flat, and flammable corn for the DM.
Breeze Island has water. I hate waterfights.
Freeze Island has ice. Ice isn't flammable.

Every time people say Demon's Breeze is laggy, I feel like punching them in the face. How many times does everybody have to say to turn your sounds off? It isn't hard !!!

I've seen so many posts about the removal of Freeze Island and Demon's Breeze, and honestly, please stop. It's not very nice when map-makers see dozens of threads requesting for their map's removal. I understand we don't all like the maps, but they were chosen to be MCSG maps, which is exceptional because only a slim number of maps made get accepted. I think they are both amazing maps, and I request they stay in MCSG.

I'd also like to explain why they were added in the first place. We all know the almighty Breeze Island is overplayed like hell. We got that down. But you have to realize, that Breeze Island is overplayed because people like it, and if it was a shitty map then nobody would be playing it. Adding two variants of Breeze Island was actually an amazing idea! Why, you may ask? Because it gives people the best of both worlds. If you like Breeze, but hate water chases, and love short chases, then Demon's Breeze is the map for you. If you like long chases, but don't like Breeze, then try Freeze Island.

Think of it as a video game company market share. One console is being bought so much, that the other consoles are so scarcely bought and played. Then two new, and similar, consoles are released. Some people switch, and the over purchased console begins to loose market share. Now, the purchases are more evenly distributed, so now they are relatively almost equal. This is kind of what they were planning to do.

I know it really removes Breeze Island's "uniqueness", but people were so pissed off of that map that something eventually had to be done, and something was done. It's simple really; if you don't like a map that's about to be played, then leave the lobby, and join another server. It's not difficult. I know some people detest the new maps, but everybody hates maps. Those are personal opinions. Some people adore these maps, and are devastated to hear that there is a chance for their removal. There won't ever be a map that everybody likes, so in conclusion, the maps should stay. POINT MADE.

Would you really like to see the same maps but just in a different environment, or would you rather prefer two maps that are completely new towards you? A majority of players liked wyvern's wake and valleyside! Its like saying you love apple pie. So you would like to have apple cinnamon pie or another brand that may blow your mind. I understand people like the map. The reasoning people despise it is that the long chases that can give the other player an advantage or it might be just a squander to the player. It would be really exciting to experience new maps. I do see the details you gave to me but new is better!

I completely understand what you're saying, but when I play the 2 new Breeze Islands, it doesn't feel like Breeze to me. In my opinion, they're actually super different. It's really up to personal opinion in the end, and I hope they stay :3

I completely understand what you're saying, but when I play the 2 new Breeze Islands, it doesn't feel like Breeze to me. In my opinion, they're actually super different. It's really up to personal opinion in the end, and I hope they stay :3

i indeed like other maps but i was really looking foward to a different map other than the same structure of a map.
