Depends, if your ban was due to hacks. No.

That does really not matter, you can say
"CHAD I LOVE YOUR SERVERS AND YOU ROCK I WILL GIVE YOU MONEY AND LOVE YOU"
a thousand times, nothing is going to happen unless you get evidence of your innocence.

1. It is a valid reason.
2. Both threads cover different things.
3. I show how to handle a ban, whereas the thread posted above shows mainly how to post the dispute itself.
