I'm currently reading the first book, so far it is very good, and I've heard it gets even better!

I only recently started reading the books, as for the TV series I've seen every episode.
Though I'm not sure if I want to witness the horrors or read them. :/

I have to say, I prefer reading them. The books are generally much more detailed, and reading the books allows your own interpretation of it first.

That's true, I am still quite far way from catching up to the TV series so I'll watch the last episode tomorrow then I should be past the TV show up by season 4.

Such a good book series/ tv show. I'm only finishing the second book though. Long way to go.
