Mods being demoted, people flaming. STOP!

Mods have been getting demoted recently, as we all know, stop trying to make the forums a war-zone about getting them back their moderator positions! The Admins/Chad must have a reason to demote them instead of just drawing names out of hats on who to demote! I understand if your favorite mod has been demoted and your mad, but don't go bashing Chad or Slasher or whoever else about this!
And (correct me if I'm wrong) can't they just reapply?

He was NOT demoted for speaking his mind, as has been said multiple times. This is not something I have 'cooked up', it is the plain truth and the exact reasons that Just_Hellooo has been demoted.

If it wasn't for speaking his mind, why was he demoted RIGHT AFTER?
