Today as we all know, has been an insane, up and down day in the MCSG community. While I may have opinions on these matters, I am trying to keep this thread unbiased to avoid the flame wars that have plagued the community recently.
For the community: We need to all stay calm, and keep our heads. Flaming and insulting the staff are the worst things we could do! This will all be worked out eventually, so we should let it go. As stated by the staff, people stating their opinions will not be punished, people specifically targeting others will be. By saying "The staff sucks!" you are just making us all look stupid. The staff does not suck, nor does the community. This "war" if you will, is not going to help in any aspect.
The staff have their reasons for recent events, and we as the community will be able to see reasoning. While we may not agree, we have to accept it. While the staff may not agree with us, they are indeed listening to our views. It is only when we begin getting abusive about the topic that the staff must take action.
This is a bit short, but I would just like to give this to the community before duckluv321 launches her novel about this.
While we may not always get along, we are the MCSG Community. One of the largest and best communities in Minecraft. A huge civil war of flaming will not solve anything. I hope all who read this take it seriously. Thank you
