Hey Everyone, I was quite annoyed as for the 5th time I was declined for mod after waiting about a month for it. It's not the fact I got declined it's that because off something i'm not 100% sure but I struggle putting words together to give detail to something I have to think a lot on what I am saying and most off the time my mind draws blank and I don't know what to say. I was wondering if there could be any possible way off me and others who struggle with words go for an interview instead off writing something as it is very difficult and most off the time lacks a lot off detail. Thanks for reading :)

That might be a reason you were declined, to my knowledge you only have 3 tries.

With that many mods who are on the staff already I dont know why they dont allow regular mods to look over the "thousands of applications" also to speed up the process instead of leaving it up to the few sr. mods.

Well my guess would be that the Sr. Mods are more knowledgeable about the community so they would make the better choice. What they should do is what we did on central when adding new TO's. Have the mods vote for each application, mean each app has a poll, and then apps with more votes would be pushed on in the process while others will be declined. Then Sr. Mod will look over those and chose who they think is fit, and it keeps going up the chain of command.

The fewer the faster, because applications are viewed by a single senior moderator but a few if not all of them to make the decision is as right as possible.
