So, I bought myself the 3 month gold donator rank about 2 weeks ago and yesterday I joined a game and my name was silver. I thought that this was a mistake so I ignored it and thought it would change next game. But next game it was still iron, a lot of people were asking me what happened to my gold rank. I checked online and it says that it's not only iron, but its the 1 month iron which expires in 2 days. So i'm just wondering if anyone knows what happened and how I can get it fixed because I paid a lot of money for that gold ranking

As far as I know, you cannot purchase ranks while you have existing ranks. Once your iron rank expires, it could very well upgrade to your gold sponsorship, but if it doesn't, no problem, simply email [email protected] with the details of your purchase, after waiting at least 24 hours after your iron rank expires, for the gold sponsorship.
