What's happening to the servers?

Hi,
In these days i can't play a game without having problems, the servers are lagging REALLY hard, i literally finished only ONE game in these days, i don't know if it's happening only to me or not, but for now it's seriously impossible to play...sometimes the server crashes, sometimes you can't move from spawn, i hope in future fixes

What he said or your computer sucks. And you can never move immediately from spawn. If after the 30seconds your still stuck do /gf. And the crashes are mostly on AU network. They are fixing that. Don't think that the developers just sit there and do nothing.

You either have very bad Internet, or you are connecting to the wrong server. I live on the eastern seaboard in the US. If I were to play on AS, I get about a 3 second delay. That is not good. Fix a server to your needs. Otherwise it is your internets issues, there is nothing the server can fix. Hope this helped!

Depends what kind of lag you are experiencing. Lag is usually classified into client-side lag and server lag. Before you come up with a solution, or ask for one, you must decide which lag you are experiencing. Client-Side lag is the lag that occurs only to you, such as FPS lag, and server lag due to a weak internet connection. Server lag is the lag that is server-wide, and everyone is experiencing, such as rubber-banding, server crashes, etc.

Based on the responses to this thread, I personally think the lag is client-side because none of us here have experienced any type of lag related to this. I suggest checking your computer specs, get OptiFine, and look up some guides for an FPS boost. Also check your internet connection because that is probably the origin of the lag you are experiencing, it is most likely week. Any lag that game-changing would be posted on the website and worked on.
