That's not what I'm saying who would hire a ton of 12 year olds with no experience I'm saying we should hire and encourage more people to apply,but at the moment we need people that are able to catch hackers.i think it they have to be less strict with the age and other things see I'm 13 but they said I'm denied for being to young but I know how to catch a hacker so its not fair.

You just said you know how to catch hackers (Which I doubt by your 9/10 every game, I encounter like 1/20..) but how can you record them so you're able to ban them with your terrible computer? Doesn't add up imho.

Also, MCSG has given a few age exceptions to Australian mods who're underage (myself being one of them). And please believe me when I say MCSG knows about the Australian staff. It's been brought up in meetings, etc and they are trying to do something about it. Bare with us, everything will be fine soon.

Are you kidding? AS has NO mods except for kseniagru but she BARELY comes on the AS servers.

Asian servers = 12 which rarely fill with 1 moderator who hardly comes on (According to you)

Australian servers = 25 constantly full with rarely any active mods (I believe this is due to IRL issues with most of them)

I think Australia needs more staff than Asia ATM. I'll try and come to Asia sometime and try look out for hackers.

Nah, jk ofc.
But I seriously considered quitting MCSG because of this. I get killed by hackers really easy, especially with the assistance of NoCheatPlus. By hackers knocking me back with ForceField, I get teleported back (rubber banding, my favorite thing to do!) until I die.
