Akbucket , it gives absolutely no advantage, Zooming, isn't effective really, accept for on large maps, which are rarely played anyways, weather is not on on MCSG, so I have no idea what you are talking about there. And, some people can't even play without Optifine, which gives the players with a good computer a BIGGER advantage then before. Kthxbai, reported.

The account was created about an hour ago. I assume either this is some kind of troll thread, or this person genuinely thinks OptiFine is illegal, even though it gives a 3% advantage over those who don't.

I don't think optifine is illegal it's just unfair for people who have well running computers who use it but people with lag that makes lag out every 30 mins or so it's fine for them to have it my friend has so much lag that he can't play hg/sg or he will lag out

Then download Optifine. There's a difference between running a marathon with your average sneakers and running shoes.

It's your friend's Internet. And even if we made Optifine illegal it would be extremely difficult to catch people. Just install it yourself and stop making real dumb excuses.

Ill just say one quick thing if u have chests or passages below lava u can pretty much look through them using optifine using the zoom feature
