Look at the maps, if they're not what I like, leave, if they are, /vote #.

I say nothing, because it alerts everyone to my presence, causing them all to fanboy over me.. until the game starts, where I then get tryharded out of corn 75% of the time.
Unless I see one of my friends.. then I say "sup [name]", which causes everyone to notice me, which causes everyone to fanboy over me, then I have a 90% chance of getting tryharded out of corn.

I usually get team requests, so it's gotten to the point where when I join I say "Don't ask me for a team, it's not gonna happen"

I just ignore them so they don't target me off spawn because they think I might team with them
