Declined: I debated this for a little while, but your ratio is a little bit terrible, you have 1 win every 16 games, that isn't great. This was among other reasons such as some of the players in the clan disliking you and not thinking your pvp skills are up to standards. Perhaps applying when you have more wins may be in order
