Should "Gay" be a Censored In-Game word?

So recently I've been playing a lot of games, and have come across abusive players who have been saying "gay" as an insult. And it's sometimes considered abuse if you report it. So my friends, I want to hear your opinion on the matter of gay being blocked or whatever in chat. So please tell me your in the opinion down below!

Well, honestly. If they blocked the word gay, I'd say that people would know why. Because it's used CONSTANTLY as an offense. So if they wanted to talk about it in-game for whatever reason, they could say homosexual.
