It's really not a bug at all. During 1.2.5 there were chunks that didn't load. So they implemented this to reload them. And the way entities work, players, chests and ground entities. So it is not a bug considering it is an in game implementation. It isn't something new it has been here for ages and if people weren't aware of it, they are now. You can't really make it an offense because every single player can do it; this does not mean I approve of something like the "fist glitch" because it gives someone an unfair advantage that someone else has. It's kind of like saying people with better FPS are generally better (which is usually true)

You probably have a good computer that your chunks load very fast. Some of us have bad PC's and it takes a while to reload it and you can see people during that time period

I rarely run 20 FPS if that tells you anything..... And I have a craptop >.>
