Well said.
Nevermind. What? what youre saying makes no sense.
Our Minecraft servers are offline but we will keep this forum online for any community communication. Site permissions for posting could change at a later date but will remain online.

Everybody is ranting on how they want to bring the survival aspect back to the survival games. Yet, they don't vote for less food and mobs on the poll. Then what did you mean?

1. Size
With an in game community of over 1 million players, MCSG is HUGE, but the forum community makes up a very small percentage of that. Officially, the forum community consists of about 180,000 members but we all know that only about 3,000 of those players are actually "active (online at least a few times a week)", maybe even less./QUOTE]
Yeah, that would help...I really need to start reading the whole thread..
Can you please stay on topic. It's annoying when we're trying to have a serious converstation and you're putting a distraction right in the middle of it.One has chests. The other has crates. I leik both c:
So what you're saying is we should just ignore what the ingame community wants just because they don't play as much?1. The in-game community has 1 million players who have joined a server at least once. ONCE! So again you need to consider people who actively play.
The majority of players in MCSG have been playing for such a short amount of time that they haven't had the chance to see MCSG in a different light. They haven't seen the old v1 chests, the mobs in maps, the "survival aspect". It would be illogical to assume that just because they haven't experienced something, they wouldn't like it.
In order to get a good idea of whether they like someone of the suggestions or not, these suggestions would have to be put into play. Things such as exploding podiums would have garnered a huge amount of disdain by just being mentioned but because they were put into a prank and people could experience it, 66% of people ended up liking the idea.
In all honesty I think upsetting the "forum community" would do more damage than upsetting the "in-game community". The forum community of what you call more experienced players have been around long enough to see MCSG change and have different features, their judgement on how things went in those times is pretty valid and by letting one of them leave, a higher percentage of active forumers leave than the percentage of players would be.
No tl:dr, read it.
That's excatly what it seems like.So what you're saying is we should just ignore what the ingame community wants just because they don't play as much?
So true.So what you're saying is we should just ignore what the ingame community wants just because they don't play as much?
