I'm sure most of the forum community votes in these polls. If they don't, they have no right to complain. No, I'm saying consider what everyone says, not just the in-game community.
Our Minecraft servers are offline but we will keep this forum online for any community communication. Site permissions for posting could change at a later date but will remain online.

Please read the whole thread because your statement doesn't make sense.I agree that the representation on the forums is a lot less than actual ingame players, but they can easily join the forums to vote here.. so they cant complain about decisions made
The forum community can vote in the in-game polls, but they still lose. No, I'm saying consider what everyone says, not just the in-game community.
I did read the full thread? bit of an obnoxious comment lol I meant its true there are many more players on the servers which arent represented on the forums but they can easily come on the forums to vote on thingsPlease read the whole thread because your statement doesn't make sense.

If all of the in game players came on the forums and voted, the result would remain the same.I did read the full thread? bit of an obnoxious comment lol I meant its true there are many more players on the servers which arent represented on the forums but they can easily come on the forums to vote on things
:cCan you please stay on topic. It's annoying when we're trying to have a serious converstation and you're putting a distraction right in the middle of it.
First off, yes in a way I was responding to your thread, but I was responding to anybody that wants the survival aspect to be-added.Okay, I'm just going to ask this...
Why didn't you just make this a reply on my thread? I know it's a huge chunk o' message (And a well organized one at that) but right from the starting line: "When you make a thread stating how MCSG should have more of a survival aspect, how mobs should be re-added, how maps are too small, or how their are too many items in chests..." it's obviously targeted directly at this thread: http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/threads/time-to-talk-about-the-survival-games.55620/
It would have been much easier to have just posted it there, and kept it all more organized. But none the less, here comes my two cents. While, yes, the ingame community is much larger, let's just put this into perspective: a lot of them are very unskilled players. That's just the truth. Another chunk of them come there looking for youtubers. These players rarely can obtain gear as is, and win probably 1/250 games. You really think they're going to want to make it harder on themselves? No. But at the same time, this basically holds any other potentially skilled players back from any remote challenge. Now, you're saying that the ingame votes are more important to listen to as it's a larger audience. Now, let's think about this, who keeps the servers running? Donors. Any person ingame who doesn't have a forum account is obviously not a donor. But if they took the time to buy donor, then the odds are, they're a more experienced player seeing as they're dedicated enough to pay real life cash to get special privileges or even to simply help the server out. Shouldn't these be the people we're listening to?
The way I see it, you're saying this:
"No! We don't need to listen to the people who pay for the servers and keep them alive! We need to listen to the common MCSG audience! (And just think about who the common MCSG audience members are..)"

I think we should just agree to disagree here. My opinion is that many people that donate just do it so they can kick people out of the game, not that they actually care about the server. What I see in your post is that you're advocating people to spend money so that they can have a bigger voice on the MCSG servers. I can personally guarantee that myself and many other non-donors have been a part of this community longer than 75% of the donor population, and does that make us any less than people who paid 25 bucks a couple days after they joined? Just because someone donates to the server, doesn't make them entitled. It's a donation. Many people don't donate simply because they can't. I would have donated long ago if the payment options of MCSG supported my only available option for payment. I can't speak for everyone, but I know MANY players are in my same boat. So just because someone is unable to donate, doesn't mean they are less than everyone else.Okay, I'm just going to ask this...

I liked it because I initially thought it was getting to the point of what I was saying on my earlier thread. Also may I ask why you liked my post but then unliked it? I'd be disappointed if this was because of our previous experiences.
And the genius thing was plain rude and unnecessary.
Basically what I was saying, but better. NiceI think we should just agree to disagree here. Thanks for the clarification.I liked it because I initially thought it was getting to the point of what I was saying on my earlier thread.
And I apologize if it came across to you that way. Once in a while I throw some memes into my posts.
I was more getting at that I think that members who are active on the forums and the servers are, in my honest opinion, more important than people who just play on the servers. Like stated earlier, the forum bunch includes donors, the people who keep the servers alive (that's what I was getting at earlier). I feel that the ingame community, also like said earlier, doesn't want the server to get harder because a good chunk of them are already very inexperienced and can hardly even get gear, let alone win. They're just voting these things in the hopes that the servers will just hold their hands and they'll have an easier time. Also, at the time, I'm not a donor.I think we should just agree to disagree here.
