There is a way to stop the iron fist one, but taking out Iron swords form the lobby.
Our Minecraft servers are offline but we will keep this forum online for any community communication. Site permissions for posting could change at a later date but will remain online.
But i know for a fact that there is a problem the actual Minecraft API coding95% of fist glitchers come from the lobby swords.
That's why those smart asses leave and re-join like 7 times. LolThe glitch does come from Minecraft, but MCSG can easily get rid of most of the abusers. The way the glitch works is that a player must have a weapon in hand when leaving the server (this includes purposely leaving and the game ending). Minecraft then thinks that the player is still holding the weapon, therefore creating iron fists.
Now, some wise guys figured out an exploit to get it every game. They join a lobby, grab an iron sword, leave the server, and rejoin. Now, the server thinks that the player still has the iron sword they grabbed. This is how most people get the glitch; the other way is winning a game, then rejoining the same server.
So yes, the glitch is technically a Minecraft bug, but MCSG can take measures to make the glitch unexploitable, by removing the lobby swords.
so the dia sword glitch is mc whilst the iron sword is mcsg? The glitch does come from Minecraft, but MCSG can easily get rid of most of the abusers. No, they are both the same glitch and it is a minecraft glitch.so the dia sword glitch is mc whilst the iron sword is mcsg?
Did... You... Seriously just tell EVERYONE how to execute the glitch? The glitch does come from Minecraft, but MCSG can easily get rid of most of the abusers. However, in the Developer Q & A Session a few days ago, the developers said there was another way to exploit this glitch that I guess didn't require swords, which is why they didn't bother removing them. If swords were removed, people will find out how to use this other method. The glitch does come from Minecraft, but MCSG can easily get rid of most of the abusers. So I've asked around about this other method, and none of my friends on Skype know about it. I think removing the swords would make most of the abusers go away. However, in the Developer Q & A Session a few days ago, the developers said there was another way to exploit this glitch that I guess didn't require swords, which is why they didn't bother removing them. Also, doesn't this thread go in the Guides section? Not sure if FAQ's qualify.
They already clear everyone's inventory in clean up, but the glitch still happens. You just don't see the inventories being cleared. For the diamond fist glitch they need to fix the inventory clearing. That's all I'm saying.
If you don't know how to do the glitch by now then you're living under a rock.Did... You... Seriously just tell EVERYONE how to execute the glitch?
Wow. *Claps*
