Opinions on enchanting?

Enchanting is one of my main strategies when it comes to MCSG.
When it comes to TSG2, SG1, and many other maps, I have a favourite fishing spot, and I tend to fish. Sometimes for the full round and I end up enchanting as much as I can.
This was in the last game I played in SG1, where I managed this. Fun game.
Ended up having like 20+ fish too.

I'm going to be interested in seeing how the new fishing update will improve or worsen enchanting or not, but yeah, I personally love it.
It's one of my strategies I tend to do, but I hardly see anyone else do. If I can I'll even fish for just one level in sg4 for that sharpness 1 swagga.

Either way opinions?

Enchanting could be used as a very good strategy but the lack of enchantment tables in mcsg sort of make people stray away from it. Like you said SG1 and very few of the maps in mcsg actually have enchantment tables.

Add passive mobs back. Seriously, all these maps can't spawn them. How the heck am I supposed to get me some leather?

They talk so much about trying to make MCSG as realistic as possible, and in reality they haven't added mobs...
