If you go down the hole in the water below the spawn point, you will see 4 different pathways. There are 2 offices, go down them both, and one will have a cupboard in the far left corner comprised of a wooden door and wooden steps. Open the door and spam left click in the gap between the stairs until you hit a button. This will open a door on the other side of the back wall, go through and there you have it. Beware, it's extremely difficult.
