I have noticed about a 50% increase of hackers, and I am finding it annoying that I have to render and upload videos of hackers, then go find a mod to check the evidence.

My Opinion: People should be able to send hacker videos to Mojang and get the hackers IP and Account banned on MC. They should have people that do it in their free time for no pay. It would reduce the hackers on Minecraft completely, and even on Mojang's rules not to use any Modded Clients.

Why are there so many hackers now or if you have a suggestion to stop the amount hackers just say in the comments.

Technically; using a hacked client is not forbidden in the minecraft community, even though most servers consider it a violation against the rules. Also, Mojang has no rule against hacked/modded clients. I'm sorry but this "suggestion" will never be implemented. I can understand your frustration, but we mods are doing the best possible job we can, and let me tell you; it's not easy to moderate a server with 2000 people on daily.

I know what you are trying to say, but it should be Mojang's problem and now ours!

Here's the situation on Hackers:
In the Mojang terms & conditions, it is legal for people to modify the games code in any way the like, as long as they do not sell it! This is important because it allows hacks to be created/installed. (Or any mod for that matter) Mojang can TELL when you have a hacked/modded client as they scan your entire .minecraft folder every time you start Minecraft. But thats only used so if your Minecraft crashes, they don't get your error log for a mod they didn't create.

But that is irrelevant to that fact that there are hackers, and my best advice is if you're sick of hackers, turn it into revenue. I'm going to begin posting my videos of hackers onto my YouTube channel for all to see, and adding their names on McBans. Hopefully this will deter some hackers (at least while I'm online), and I can only recommend you do the same. You can also monetize your videos and earn revenue off your video. :) You get $ and ban someone.

Again, this is only a way to make this system more worthwhile and doesn't get rid of hackers. But the sad truth is that there will always be hackers, and it makes it worse that MCSG has NoCheatPlus. It makes it twice as hard to record hackers, and doesn't prevent the most common hacks. (Such as aimbot) If they removed NCP, it would make recording players abusing speed/jump hacks much easier to see and ban. :)

For the last week I've submitted 1-3 ban reports per day. I know this doesn't sound like a lot, but I'm on MCSG for 1-2 hours per night during the school week. That means a video almost every game/other game. Then add time for editing and uploading. I'm up to 10/11 at night submitting ban reports.

Just know that you reporting these hackers makes Mods jobs a LOT easier, and they really appreciate it. (And the 50%+ increase of hackers is due to the fact that there are 15-30 different hacking clients available to the public)

Please shrink your signature, it takes up the space of 3-4 normal posts. It's annoying and looks like part of the thread.

Edit: I just realized I double posted. Apologies. <3
