So Here are the requirements!
Requirements:
Leader must have over 125 wins.
Have to have atleast 7 players in your clan.

This is a horrible idea, the region that will win is US because it has the best connection or EU because they may lag to their advantage. And based off the past, this will be horribly planned. I can see just by you not having a tourney amount of clans that there will be many byes (tourney numbers are 8 16 32 and 64)
