Lol, let me break down your reasons cause you seem to be overloaded with incompetence, might as well consider a name change.

1.7.2 - Deal with it, they have problems every update. If you don't like it, go back to 1.6.4.
*Tons of incompetent staff - What, cause no member of staff will listen to your whining about the new update?
Too much lag - Deal with it.
Servers are offline 25-50% - They're mostly offline cause of maintenance, and if we didn't have maintenance, you would have left quite a while back. Also, nice exaggeration of stats.

About 98% of players seem to think targeting me off spawn makes them good, and 1.9 of the remaining 2% are hackers - You see, you're gonna come back to this in like 6 hours thinking how stupid you sounded, and how much of a hothead you are when under anger.

I know your feelings... I get them too. I dont blame you for leaving, just remember try to be positive. The lag is temporary, bugs happen, report the staff to sr.staff, the 98% who target you think your too good. Your known in mcsg, leaving will only makes others sad

I'd rather be considered a noob than get spawn killed. Lag is not temporary, it has been around since 1.3. Known as in notorious, right? Oh, and reporting staff to Sr Staff is like telling a mother that her beloved child is a creature from hell and should be condemned to a prison cell.

If you don't like 1.7.2, stay on 1.6.4. If you actually do get targetted every single game off spawn like you say you do, simply don't go for spawn and get a head start on your route. Hackers, yes, I agree, they are a huge problem on the servers but let's be honest, you'll find them on every single MC server you go on as well. No need to rage-quit like that, there's a solution to almost every problem.

You don't seem to fully embrace what I have tried to tell you, by targeted off spawn, I mean that people target me off my spawn podium, not after I loot a chest and start heading away.

You need to understand that 1.7.2 isn't MCSGs fault. Use 1.6.4.

I don't think that giving myself even more of a disadvantage is a good idea... 1.7.2 is OP compared to 1.6.

1. Your clause in the first sentence makes no sense.
2. As I said before my going back to 1.6.4 does not stop other people from using the "BSM update"
3. I am quitting because I am bored of dealing with lag, and you can't make me deal with it.
4. By offline right now, I mean TimeOutException:Null, or whatever which only happens on MCSG.
5. Redundant threads my word...

So you are mad, I get it. If you wanted to quit you would have left. You want attention so you are posting this. If you want to leave, then go. Shoo. Scram. But you wont, you want the controversy and the attention. Also hackers are not that bad, use flint/steel and your bow and there you go hacker dead. I know not all hackers can be killed that way but oh well, move on. Also when you say the staff sucks, tell why. If you give an actual logical answer it just might be changed. As far as the lag goes, I dont believe the servers lag at all. Check your internet/computer. And lastly people probably wont target you off spawn if you dont say anything during pregame. Just use the \disguise command I believe they recently installed and you are good. Next time you want attention, go somewhere else.
