Moderators of Japanese need Japanese player because there are many

I use a translation service that I am Japanese.
I think there are a lot of funny parts of the text, but I'm sorry.

Recently, the Japanese player to use the MCSG has increased very much.
But , you can not and that it was dissatisfied by using the MCSG, able to say much their opinions originally MCSG Since the server ( when viewed from Japan ) International .
( Japanese for it and you can talk to and write a little English is not possible )
At the same , because there are no moderators Japanese , there are many people who say and rant in Japanese .
If you leave this , Japanese players will not be available in the MCSG good feelings .
I think therefore , moderator of Japanese that I needed .
I was submitted to moderators application several times before .
But , I have denied all it is impossible to convey clearly that you want to say their own translation service .
There is a limit a little in to write a moderator that application in Japanese .
So , I think you have added the Japanese moderators in a different way is good .

I agree, bilingual mods are much needed, perhaps especially Japanese mods. I know for sure that you can contact(and speak Japanese) Erisyuka and probably more. Something I think would be useful is that all moderators had a "box" of useful information, language spoken etc.

That Useful info box is a cool idea, all they would have to do is add a new custom user field.

We talk and write in Japanese but it should be possible for us to write a little English. At the same time, there are no Japanese moderators. There are also many players that rants in Japanese. If you leave this matter aside, the Japanese players will not feel good if they rant and more. I think that I should be a Japanese moderator. I have submitted my moderator application several times and were denied for all the applications. It is impossible to say clearly because we are using a translation service. If we were to write Japanese in our moderator applications, it will be hard for most of the staff to understand. I think that the staff can recruit Japanese moderators in other ways (not like moderator applications).
