Ask some Japanese to apply ;p If people don't step up to the plate not much can really be done about it, but bi-langual mods or whatever they're called (can't remember ) would be very nice. Once again, Chad can't really yank random people who know multiple languages as place them as mods. Just encourage people to apply and hopefully some do take action.
