Spectators able to kill Tributes (Only for Moderators to care)

It's not a glitch that let's you pvp kill tributes. But it's a, you got pushed into lava glitch. Anyway this isn't that important, but if anyone wants to fix it go ahead. So I was on Skype with my team and all, when I spectated a player near lava. He wasn't shift clicking so I just attempted to push him. It actually worked and he went into the lava. He teleported back and I kept doing it, until eventually he caught on fire and died. I believe before Spectators weren't solid objects. Just a small bug, not really necessary to fix.

I can't get points as a spectator unless it's a after kill.

Yeah, hysterically, I could have won a match and during final four I fall in lava!

This happend to me but I didn't die, instead I had just lit some netherrack on fire in map 1, and some spectators pushed me into it.

This wasn't able to be done in 1.2.5 so I would assume it's just a bug please repost it in this thread.

Spectators weren't able to push tributes? They could move mobs and boats. To my knowledge... Unless you mean prior to an update.
