Having a good looking thumbnails help, also you have to be atleast a little bit good at survival games, its pretty boring to watch someone die over and over again, don't forget to upload atleast in 720P and a good mic is a must!

1. Be good at mcsg. (Obvious)
2. Have good thumbnails, banner and a profile pic.
3. Record daily or every two/three days.
4. Have interesting topics you talk about, and be sure to pre think the topic before you just go talking about random stuff that dont even have anything to do with the topic.
5. Do montages, for example, a FnS montage.
6. Record with friends, more than alone.
7. Be funny, but dont act like a guy with Down Syndrome (No offense to all of you who have it, I love you).
8. Dont only record, livestream occasionally. (Ofcourse when you gain more subs and get more well known in game, so you get more viewers).
9. Also, dont do only mcsg, try other servers.
10. Read all of your comments, for suggestions and feedback.
11. Credit all of the stuff that you used in your video, like people who were in it, music,...
12. Have a good intro.
13. Have good quality on your videos (1080p/720p)
14. Dont be a squeker, or people will give you alot of hate.
15. Dont be immature in your videos.
16. When you gain more subscribers, make a fan skype.
17. Also, when you gain more subscribers consider making a server of your own.

I might have missed some stuff, but this is enough I would say.

Honestly, there is no secret to millions of subscribers, besides putting out good, quality content. Some YouTubers with large followings have been on YouTube 3+ years- huge growth usually doesn't happen fast, and not everyone is going to blow up on YouTube and get thousands of subscribers.

Sure, thousands of subscribers is fantastic, however it's reslly not all YouTube is about. Make videos because you love too, and you enjoy doing it, not just to be successful, and popular (not saying you are :p).

And like I mentioned before-some of the biggest YouTubers have been on YouTube for years. Huge success doesn't happen overnight, it's something you earn, and like I said as well, maybe you won't ever get 10,000 subscribers, but if you love doing YouTube, however many you have is enough for you.

TL;DR - Channel growth is awesome- everyone wants to grow their channel, but it's not always what it's about, and you can't always expect huge growth, or it won't be as fun for you anymore when you don't reach high goals you set.

Well, I just started my Youtube so I would not know much but I see you make quality videos and if you get the word around. I really wouldn't suggest it but advertising and "spamming" generally works even if it is rude and annoying. Hope this doesn't help.

Always, have commentary. I use to do only music, but recently I have started doing commentary and it really helps.
