Optifine help

Hey, I was having some trouble with optifine, downloading really, so you download optifine manually or with something else, I'm kinda lost thanks.

Thank you so much, do you have to get magic launcher? Do you use magic launcher?

you basically download optifine, then you left click the file and click "open with" and then you want to select java. Then it will automatically install
