Redstone Ore on Survival Games 2!

Hey, so multiple times when I go to get the Tier 2 chest near the Church, I always notice a cave, and sometimes I do check in there, but there's only a block of Redstone Ore within, when I hit the ore, I hear pistons going off.. but when I look around, I can't find any signs of anything moved whatsoever, I imagine it's a similar contraption to the redstone update trick, where you get a boat and a pressure pad and a redstone update makes it go off.. does anybody know what this RS Ore does exactly? Thanks

If you get a redstone torch you need to place it on the RS ore and then it opens a door in the big tree near the water.

I see, that's interesting Any idea where to get a torch to do so? Also what's up in the big tree? Is it just an Easter Egg or are there chests present?

You can get the redstone torch inside the redstone house in the village but you need a code + a lever somewhere hidden in the map to get it. Then you go to the RS ore and place it, then go to the big tree and there's a tier 2 chest if im not wrong.

Right thanks I know the code already, I've used it several times, I'll have to look for that lever you were talking of.. thanks for the help dude

If you go to the redstone house in map 2, there is a button inside past all of the doors , if you click it few times, it'll dispense things like food, swords, and your torch

I'm not gonna reveal the code hehe But I will tell you how I found it, I was on a server around two weeks back, when some guys were teaming, but they were talking over the chat, from what they were saying I knew where they were headed, one of the guys mentioned to the other guy about a secret code, then told him what it was.. I went in and killed them both, but you're not always going to get guys like that so my suggestion for you is to look around the site The way I found the Congress Library code was through the site's search feature so you might have some luck..

actually, when you hit the redstone ore, it activates a BUD switch which opens a door to a chest in a small cave above
