How to get leaderboard link and custom achievments

I was just wondering how to get the leaderboard link that many people have that say your points, bounty, wins, etc.
Also, how do i get or make one of thos achievment things next to or under the leaderboard link.

you mean that thing under your name?
1. go to the leaderboard
2 go to eu, us, au
3 type in your name
4 click on your name
5 copy the bb code into your signature
6 and then you have a thing under your name which says how much wins and bounty you have
