2 more bugs?

I noticed that jumping a 2 block height gives you damage but no hearts go down? Is that a bug or
am I just wrong?
And Cookies and melons now heal 2 Chicken Bars!? Is that a bug or did that change with the 1.6 update? If it isnt a bug we need to change the amount of food in chests!

Weird, I doubt the food stuff are bugs but yeah, definitely need to change them spawning as 2 to spawning as 1.

food is probably 1.6 and the falling it's either lag or 1.6 to cancel your sprint
