The reason that this decision was made is because of trouble with those clans in the past. As a result, it was decided to restrict moderators from joining those three clans in order to prevent drama, tension and general problems from arising.

The administrative staff didn't just decide 'we don't like these clans', there are actual reasons behind it.
Don't ever think that I'm going to try to appeal and say that there's not going to be drama when Mods join Forgotten and Rebels. Because there's always going to be drama associated with being in a clan. Any clan is going to have drama associated with it. There's always drama associated with anything; being a moderator, you should be capable of dealing with that drama. They're the leaders of the community, the ones who help make the decisions pertaining to the community.

I can assure you right now: there's always going to be trashtalk and flame wars between every clan. There isn't a single clan that has said something to infuriate any other clan in existence. Forgotten included. Almost forcing Moderators that wish to join a clan into such little choice isn't fair either. It's going to force friends against friends -- I don't want to lose friends because they're going to have negative opinions about my clan members. Because I know that's going to happen. (pitting friends against friends, sounds familiar huh)

It isn't fair to single out three particular clans for an issue that every clan has and an issue that every clan will continue to have.

This is completely unfair.

First off, if we knew this were to happen while in the past, then we would have cooled off much quicker and not retaliated like we have in the past. Plus, not only was it in the past, but it happened a LONG time ago. I know that doesn't prove that much, but it does prove that we haven't been a thorn in anyone's butt for awhile and we don't intend to be one either.

Second, we're deprived of a couple Mod PvPer's that would benefit the teams greatly. Other than doing that, does not only disallow the teams from having these people, but they will be forced to join the other teams, increasing their strength, if they would want to join a team.

Third, if any Forgotten, Rebel, or Legend members are accused of any rule breaking, but not actually doing so, their chances of STILL getting banned will be higher than ever. Not only will it be higher, but it sure as hell will be easier for other teams to take the three teams down by merely accusing and getting SOME proof of any member "rule breaking."

Lastly, why are the Rebels included in this decision? From what I recall, they haven't done ANYTHING towards the staff. If anything, it should be directed towards ONLY the Forgotten.

PS. I don't want to see the, "Well, if you're not breaking any rules, then don't worry." because most of us all know that's a load of bull. I see people on a daily getting banned for reasons that don't correlate or don't have enough evidence/proof to ban for, yet they still get banned, so don't even bother replying with that.

And for other divisions of a team who didn't do anything wrong?

I don't see a problem with Rebels, if anything, there are more friends of mods in that clan than there are in any other. I consider Rebels to be one of the "Nicer" clans. The only reason they would ever say anything negative about anyone, or any other clan, is if they feel they have been treated unfairly, or have been attacked first. Even then, they're pretty nice about it. I don't know the whole situation of Staff-Rebel relationships, but I feel like Rebels have gotten the bad end of the deal for no reason at all.

Forgotten, well, I've had my problems with them in the past, and one in particular that I wont go into detail about, but that was a really long time ago. Now, if anything, I respect Forgotten and its members just as much as the next person. I know of an Admin in particular that might have made Forgotten's decision final, but I won't go into that. With that being said, this decision was completely biased, and made purely off of old wounds that should have closed by now.

Just know that quite a few people have your backs on this subject.

I personally find this to be unfair to these clans. I am not in any of these clan so I don't know exactly what happened, but this is still unfair. It should be the mods decision whether or not to join one of these clans based on their past experiences with them. Simply not letting them make the decision at all on their own is ridiculous.
