A Strange Glitch/Bug!

So today I was playing a normal game of MCSG, when I did /list and found out this guy:

Hes name is Idea42, when you do /list he shows up with white name and when you press tab, it says hes still alive actually in-game. But when you do /spec or /spectate idea42, it says "The person cannot be found" or something like that.

Anyone can explain that or something?

I have been in similar situations where it will be deathmatch and everyone will return back to corn accept one guy, stranded on an island in the middle of no where and the game will go until the timer ends and the castaway wins.......
