Those people who are at the top of the leaderboards? Yeah, they once couldn't PvP well. Everyone has to start somewhere. None of us got good by complaining about teams and giving up - we trained, and learned, and fought. And eventually we were able to do stuff like this.
Everyone has to go through that if they want to be able to deal with teams and hackers.

The honest truth is , for about every 1 moderator there are 10 hackers. I suggest you download a recording software and if you suspect someone is hacking report them. If not, join the Teamspeak 3 server and poke a moderator whenever you think someone is hacking. In reference to the four man teams, basically MCSG has gotten to a point where there are always teams in each game so you have to cope with that

There's way more than that, but perhaps you meant in-game at any given moment? Anywho, there are a massive amount of hackers, and only around 150 mods.

Fun Fact!
Our servers are have more moderators than communities twice our size. Trust me, we're quite well moderated. That said, the simple fact that we have moderators does not change the fact that people hack. It just deters them by being caught quickly.

Baaahhhh... Back in myyyyy dayyyy, if you ran across one of them hackers, ya got a combine, an ran 'em over, then ya ran away and had to deal with it. And 4 person teamers? Ya ran an shot 'em down, youngster.

Yeah, I see what you mean. I guess what I was trying to say is that people are expecting him to complete these things easily, rather than someone who does have a above average skill level. where he probably still has a lot to learn (PvP-wise.)

Make teaming in deathmatch illegal, it ruins the fun about dm. Having 2 people spam arrows at you in dm is not fun, nor having them 2v1 you with swords.
