Are You Allowed to Make A Map On A Server?

I asked this question is because I noticed that most people don't make maps on servers, and because of that is the chat or never heard of it. Just A quick question.

Hey Rodats,

In fact, almost all maps are made on servers for MCSG, without this they wouldn't have access to very important plugins such as WorldEdt, VoxelSniper and more! Plugins speed up the building process and allow you to build massive structures in mere minutes!

thank you for getting me the heads up im fact, im making a map right now, its called Alien Fleet. Im making it on McPvp Build server. And im making the alien craft look like ufos in X-com
