Automated Survival Server - Help

Hello Guys, i have a Question.
I hope you can help me.
Maybe it helps even with Survival in a German server.

I want to set up a server, without voting, but it should all happen automatically.
I would like rebooting the server automatically. And that the Survival Games start automatically without pressing. Of course, with a countdown and a lobby. However, I do not know how I do it automatically. Is there anyone who knows?

You'll need bukkit for this. Maybe first try to take a look there.
