Average FPS. Does it define your PvP level?

I am good at 60+ FPS, my average is about 100, but it's not as important to have a Yolo360NoScope 100000000000 FPS computer.
Back then in 1.2.5, when I had about 200 wins (1.5 years ago) I was decent at PvP, with MAXIMUM 40 FPS.
But I think high FPS is pretty nice to have

No I am saying Tiger has skill, but he is not one of the greatest pvpers to ever live. Not even close, 1k wins on MCSG is becoming a whole lot more popular throughout the community considering how many games and people play a day. So no I am not saying Tiger pressed a bunch of random buttons to win, I am saying he is not excellent. He is average.

On this computer, in a non-laggy zone, I average 80 FPS. 60-110, more specifically probably 70-90.
However, my computer micro-stutters. When you say you're getting 60 FPS, you might only be getting 25, but your computer doesn't register micro-stutters, so it says 60.
It definitely does affect my PvP. If you see me streaming or recording, if I get lower FPS I'll have:
A) More deaths
B) Issues strafing and even just turning around in a fight.
C) Difficulty shooting
D) Slower reaction times.
E) Miss jumps that I would otherwise make (Yes, I've actually tested this.)
Among other things.

I get 175-200 FPS on average settings, go all the way to max settings and I run about 120-130.

I averaged 20-30 fps. I have 500+ wins. :3 But my ratio is terrible..

I'm not too good at PvP in general but my fps doesn't help as i get around 40ish
