About 90-95% of the time (probably higher), Staff are right about banning people, and I highly doubt their decision will be altered considering there is not enough proof that he hasn't used it before.

What's done is done. Hiqhlights was banned, and there's nothing we can do about it. The evidence was clear as glass of him hacking. It was on episode 13 of his MCSG series, when he opened up his settings, and there was a glimpse of the BSM settings in the video. Someone (who I will not mention) alerted me and some others and eventually wrote a report abuse and got him banned. It was originally a week ban, but if I'm not mistaken, he had some complications with the staff (I think he had gotten banned before) and more reasons had eventually led to him being permanently banned.

This is one of the cases that we actually cannot defend. There was obvious evidence that he had a hack client installed, and he was punished for it. One could argue that his ban might have been exaggerated, but to be honest I don't have a problem with it. He broke the rules, and he doesn't get a special treatment from the staff. He was banned like any other player would have been banned. Yes, he was a good MCSG player, in face, a great one, but now his MCSG days are over.

I don't think Hiqhlights was aware that having the client installed, but not using it, was not allowed. He should have got a warn about it, but honestly the final decision is up to the staff. I will miss him, though the only time I've seen him in-game was in one of his videos where he killed me. But, whatever This is actually a situation that some people could relate to (Canziano), but we must put the past behind us and continue on. He will be missed.
