Best key configuration for 1.7 sprint update

I have mine like this:
Sprint set to Left Shift
Shift set to Left Control
Optifine set to F

no one I have asked uses this but it works really well, make 'tab' your sprint key so u can hold it down 4 dayz since 'tab' was my player list key I have changed that to 'ctrl' and when optifine comes out i will make it 'c' or 'x' but since i have a razor naga i might change optifine zoom to one of the buttons on the side of the mouse

I am left-handed , but , I don't know why , but I have:
Sprint Key: F
Cinematic Key (Sometimes I use it to have a weird motion of my head. lol.): ;

I have "F" as my sprint, and "Ctrl" to zoom in

I've got LShift for sprint, I couldn't find another comfortable key. I have my crouch set to LCtrl. Also, do you guys actually have Optifine for 1.7 or is that just the key you will use when it does come out?

Left shift because its that like default on most games and feel like easiest to hold down whilst still using a and d
