babes: 1-10 games with higher clan members (wins dont matter so much for first few ranks)
bloodling: 10wins minimum 20-30 games with higher clan members
Young ones: 20wins minimum 40-50 games with higher clan members
Elders: 100+ wins 75 games with higher clan members
High Elders: Picked by Ancients
Ancients: Picked out the High Elders by Leaders
Leaders: Picked out by owner
Owner: ME!!! xD
