So I was playing Hunger Games with my friend today, and I typed /vote when there was 2 seconds left on the timer, and this popped up... Any explanations?

They basiclly tell you where everyone is, not to be condescending, but what do you think? I mean, he basically has knowledge of every players' location in-game.
