Anti-Cheat is required to help stop hackers, would you prefer no Anti-Cheat and people flying around everywhere, or slight rubber banding but less hackers?
Of course Anti-Cheat is annoying, but without it the servers would be rules by hackers and less fun IMO.

Anticheat stops major hacks from functioning, such as flyhacks. It actually is quite a helpful plugin.
