The first time I joined these servers I wondered the same thing, don't sweat it. But they are custom-coded, private plugins that are only available to these servers.

Telling you would lead to killing you, killing you leads to paperwork, and at the moment, Chad/dev team are working on making 1.3 stable and adding more servers, there is no time for paperwork. So sorry can't give you.
