Can't pick items out of chests/hard time turning and looking around

hello. i am actually new to this forum but i know the decency of the rules of forum's, and off topic is one of them sooooo.

recently, when i have started up minecraft, everything would be fine but i would experience failed attempts at getting goodies from chests. in the chat it would say you are not allowed to do this command. it would also say to report here if you think it's an error so yeah. any idea's?

secondly, i have a problem turning while i'm running which makes it super hard to kill opponents. it always happens when i'm jumping/running and sometimes when i'm just running. I just got a windows 8 laptop if your interested.

hopefully you know how to deal with these problems because i've got nothing and they're super annoying.

Turn your sensitivity up if you feel like you can't turn around quick enough. I have mine at about 130.

There is zero reason for the plugin to tell you that you don't have permission to use a certain command while you're looting a chest if you're not using mods.
