What are the percentages of the causes of your death?

For me I would say:
50% teams
15% hackers
5% getting attacked in an area where I have no chance to escape.
10% having to leave before the game ends
15% me being undergeared
5% in a fair fight

5% Bow Spam
5% Lag out

25% Losing in a 1v1 fight (Could be undergeared, or even, or just snuck up on. As long as it's a legit solo player.)
