Check if someone is banned

Is it possible to check if someone is banned?
Like does it say it somewhere?
And what happens when you get temp banned?
Do you lose your wins? Please Help!

Temp bans do not get rid of anything. Once they are done everything is normal.

Staff can check ban records but I don't believe normal players can see that information anywhere.
